    As the true agenda behind Agenda 21 unfolds across Southern Eorope, now playing in Cyprus where the Banks have declared an impromptu Bank Holiday, now expected to last over a week, until at least next Tuesday, but some commentators suspect the Cyprus Banks may never reopen
